Here is a quick summary of the new anti-reflective glass you are purchasing.Anti-Reflective Glass is an accessory that has become essential in modern pinball. The added lighting from increased sized LED displays as well as the increased intensity of the LED lighting technology has made reflection an issue for modern players.
Today’s Anti-Reflective glass supplied is in the form of Soft coated float glass.Our new glass is a Hard coated alternative that melts its coating into the glass before the tempering process to give it that smooth feel and better light transmittance. Due to this specialized process, we have improved the standard 85% reflectance to 94%. Our glass provides greater clarity and truer colors due to a lack of ferrous contaminants you find in typical float glass that shows up as blue or green.
Clearly our glass is a sight to see or shall we say not see! To further separate our product from others, we completed polish and round the edges of our glass! This makes the glass easier to carry, less likely to have any sharp edges like normal glass but once put into any game.
Using ammonia based glass cleaners can damage the coating on HD glass; make sure your chosen glass cleaner is ammonia free.
